TrAIns, AIrplanes… AI has to be part of our work – or does it?

Artificial Intelligence has become a buzzword that resonates in many different sectors and even the personal environment.
We want to fill the term with more than just words. At “The AI Shift. Transforming Transport and Communication Museums” you will find:

  • Discussions on the risks and opportunities of AI
  • Concepts to guide the work with AI in terms of ethics, creative commons, visibility, and more
  • Tangible examples of applying AI at small and larger scale
  • Experiences and recent findings on AI in our sector

»Here’s the preliminary programme

Experience Frankfurt/Main and Mannheim

A view of Frankfurt’s skyline as seen from the other side of the river Main, where the famous museum river along with the Museum for Communication is located.

The two cities aren’t only home to over one million people in Germany, they also offer a rich cultural landscape and bring together history and present. Dive into the bustling atmosphere along the rivers Main, Neckar, and Rhein when exploring Frankfurt and Mannheim. We recommend to extend your stay to take in the region or explore the unique collections of world renown art museums such as the Kunsthalle Mannheim or Frankfurt’s Städel Museum. You can even make a trip to the Centre for Art and Media in Karlsruhe or enjoy the region’s scenic landscape during a hike. Trains connect the region extremely well and run on a quick and reliable schedule.
